Sanya Visa on Arrival Office Hours

I'm an Australian passport holder living in Hong Kong going to Sanya for a long weekend for tourism. We have read that we can get a VOA at Pheonix airport but cannot find the office hours anywhere. We land at 830pm on 30 April, will the office be open beyond that time to process our visa's on arrival. How long does this process take and is there anyway we can organise this from Hong Kong beforehand?

BC, I think you need to contact the airport to learn about the accurate information. This is the hotline (English service) for the airport: +86-0898-88289390.

If you live in HK, you must have HK resident status, right? If so, I think it's better for you to apply a L type in HK. As long as you have L type in your hands, you won't have any trouble entering.
