Is there a tourist bus from Zhengzhou to Dengfeng?

Yes, they are available at the local General Bus Station or the Central Bus Station (close to the main railway station). Buses operate from 06:00 to 20:00 every day, so you can easily take one. It costs CNY23-28 and takes around 75min.
