About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

My visa will release on the 15th. Can I pick up in the afternoon?

or they are open in morning only? Thank you.

Summer, generally speaking, you can pick your passport up in the afternoon between 14:00-16:00. However, I suggest you go there in the morning in case that the office is not open in afternoon.
