There is a Halal Lanzhou Beef Noodles near the People’s Square. Its address is no. 632, Xizang Middle Road. Besides, in no. 589, Hankou Road, there is a Xibei Fengwei Halal Restaurant.
As for hahal restaurant near Howard Johnson Hotel, I know several different in the city. So I can’t tell the nearby halal without a detailed address.
