No, there is no bus from the railway station. You can take a taxi to local Tunxi Bus Station to take a direct long-distance bus to Hangzhou. The Xihai Scenic Area is in the Yellow Mountain scenic area, almost 60km from the train station. It takes around 70min to arrive by car. Take a bus from Tunxi Bus Station to Tangkou, the main entrance of the scenic area. At the dropping-off bus station, transfer to another bus to the rear mountain to take a cable car to Xihai Scenic Area.
