My name is Michael. I was born on June 6th, 1968. My business is having financial difficulty and I have seeked help from friends that I know but they can't help me since I'm not in good term with my father, he won't help me. I do not want to declare bankruptcy. I have my family to take care of. what should i do? I'm very frustrated, lost, helpless n having sleepless nights.

Michael, if your father is the only one who can help you, then you should do whatever you can do to ask him to help you. Please try to fix your relationship with your father. Otherwise, you should be prepared to accept the truth. Bankruptcy isn't the worst result. As long as you still have hopes in mind, you have chances to establish another company.
