Can I use my ZTE (android) Tracfone in China and if so what is the best plan for me to purchase?

Robert, what mode does your phone support, GSM, WCDMA or CDMA? As for the packages, you have to choose according to your own needs. For example, if you access to the internet too much, you should buy more data packages.
