Should I get a multi entry Visa?

I'm going from Hong Kong to Shanghai - but may do a day trip to Shenzhen from Hong Kong. Should I just get the multiple entries, or get one in Shenzhen?

Anna, if you go from Hong Kong to Shenzhen first, and then go directly from Shenzhen to Shanghai, then you merely need to apply for a single-entry L type before your travel. If you go from HK to Shenzhen and then back to HK, then from HK to Shanghai, you need to apply for double entries.
