About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Can I take the MTR to Hong Kong airport terminal 1 from Jordan MTR station

I will get a 11am flight from the airport, is it easy to take the metro there?

Yes, you can, but transfer is needed. Take Tsuen Wan line at Jordan Station to Lai King, where transfer to Tung Chung line and get off at Tsing Yi. There you can take Airport Express to HKIA.
