Yes, there is.
As for the veg. food, I recommend the Tian Fu Lou (添福楼) to you. It is located at no. 1, Dongzhen Road, Diecai District.

Indian resto: Black Pepper Indian Restaurant (黑胡椒印度餐厅). It is located in Shangshui Street in Xiufeng District.
