About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

is that ok? Can i go to custom control 1 hour before to be steel on 1 of august?

My plan is:
fly from ulaanbaatar to beijing on 29 july, stay 30-31july-1 august and leave on 1:00 am on 2 of august.

I am afraid that you can't. Your total stay is much longer than 72 hours free transit even the 72 hours is counted from 00:00 on July 30.

what about 30 july fly from ulaanbaatar to pek, 31, 1 august in beijing and then 2 august fly pek-istanbul?

Hey, if the 72 hours is counted from 00:00 of next day, then you can enjoy 72 hours free transit because your total stay period is July 31, August 1 and 2.
