In the airport, you can take the bus No. A21 to Middle Road, Nathan Road. Then you can reach the hotel within few mins walking. By the way, the bus fare is HKD33 and the travel time is 70 mins.1

As i know, there is no free shuttle bus from the airport. If you take the airport express to Kowloon Station, you can take the free shuttle bus there to Kowloon Hotel or Peninsula Hong Kong, which are both quite near your hotel. You can walk to reach. By the way, the free shuttle bus running from Kowloon Station to hotels are only subjected to passengers who take the airport express. They need to show the tickets when taking the bus.2
