About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

can I visit Hongkong without HK visa? Thank you for sharing information.

I have flight connect to US from Vietnam, and transit in Hongkong12 hrs. return flight will transit HK 24hrs, can I visit HK downtown?

If you don't leave the transit area, you won't apply for one. If you plan to leave the airport to stay outside or for traveling purpose, then you should apply in advance for your both trips.
