Yes, long-distance buses at Tunxi Bus Station can take you to HZ West Bus Station directly. From the West Bus Station to Hefang Street, there is no direct public transportation. You need to transfer. Take public bus no.102, and get off at Yigongyuan Station. Then transfer to bus no.60 to East Gate of Gaoyin Street. After that, walk east along Gaoyin Street around 130 yards. Or you can take a taxi from the bus station directly. The cab fare is CNY 30 to 40.
