About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

getting married in Hong Kong

If I get married in HK. can I bring my wife back to the United States with me automatically or is there other loops to go through?

Tod, is your wife a mainland Chinese or a loca in HK? If she is from mainland China, you still need to help her apply for valid visa. If she is a local in HK, she can apply for the VOA after she arrives.
