About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

We are going back to China to visit my husband's family. Can our children stay longer than 30 days?

Yes, of course. You can try to apply for a tourist L type with a maximum stay of 90 days or apply for an Q (if his family is Chinse) or S type (if his family is non-Chinese), which allows you to stay longer.
