Lao niu wan village

What is the best way to get to Lao niu wan village? Is it safe to take a taxi from Shouzhou? I am planning to travel with a friend (both women) in May. We plan to come to Datong from Beijing and then take a bus to Shouzhou. Please help.

Hi, I think it should be Shuozhou, not Shouzhou, right?
Taxi would be safe, but it is too far for the distance. It is about 100 miles (161 kilometers) from Shuozhou. It is suggested to take bus from Shuozhou to Pianguan, and then take taxi to reach. Or you can take bus from Datong to Pianguan directly. Two buses are available at 07:00 and 13:00 from Datong South Bus Station.
