About:Year of the Monkey

business opportunity. I was born Sept 16, 1980

I'm planning to go to hair school in summer for 6 months and looking to buy a salon If an opportunity comes up. Otherwise I will apprentice in a salon first to get more experience. Will this be a good move for me to take over ownership of a business if I see one for sale? Or should I continue to apprentice for at least a year to gain more knowledge? Thanks

Well, this year is changeable to you because you may change a job. Also you have chances to develop your own business. The key is whether you are ready for operating a salon. Have you accumulated enough experience? If not, I think you should still apprentice to get more experience.

Thanks. ..will it be a good move for me to change career? Will I be successful at it? How will my 2016 year for financial and career ? Im nervous and scared at the same time ...being born in year of the monkey.

Hey, don’t be too nervous. This would influence your judgment. You have very good luck in career this year. So if you have gathered enough experience, it would be ok for you to change career. Year 2016 is good also. But as you know, things usually goes hard in the first period of a new business, so you should be strong minded and perseverant.
