For the past 2.5 years things are really bad, not bale to settle, when will everything come back to normal

Rajnish, things are getting better this year. You will be very busy this year. However, your hard work will be repaid. You will make a good fortune this year. However, you should learn to deal with the relationship with your families. Don't quarrel with them. Instead, you shoul spend more time with them no matter how busy you are.

In the first six months, you should avoid making big investment. In the second half of 2015, your busniess will flourish.
