Can't contact telephone number in China from Malaysia
I am trying to contact a relative in Zhangzhou county (Tian Da Sian village in Zhaoan Si Tor). Number I dialled from Malaysia is " 00 86 596 2355 2820" but could not get through. What is wrong with the number or the codes used.
