Is Jade Dragon Snow Mountain open in late December

Hi, is the mountain open in late december to new year?
and how is the weather?

Don't worry! It is open then. Actually, the scenic area is open all year around.

It is cold then, with the average temp of 32-40F. On the top of the mountain, the temp would be much lower. And it may snow during that time. You'd advised to bring down jacket to keep warm.
