Which form(s) will my student, visiting his daughter's family living in Shanghai, have to fill in?

My friend, Czech, living in Prague, Czech Republic, is visiting his daughter's family in Shanghai in a couple of weeks. As far as I know, his daughter and his son-in-law, American, have two children and work there. My student is going to spend about two weeks there. The thing is my student's level of English is elementary and he feels really anxious about filling any forms in English (especially on the airplane where he won't have any assistance). Therefore I would like to help him prepare for that as well as possible.
Could you, please, give me some advice regarding which forms he could have to encounter?
Many thanks for any help!

He may need to fill in an arrival card after he gets off from the plane. Then he should be accompanied by his daughter to go to the local police station within 24 hours to fill in a registration form.
