lao tourist visa on arrival for a ghanaian national studying in yunnan.

Question

I am a Ghanaian student doing my PhD studies in XTBG in Xishuangbanna. I will like to visit Laos (Luang Prabang) by road. I would rather prefer to obtain a VOA at the border since Kunming is too far from where I live now. Please is this possible and what are the requirements?

I learned about that it's possible to get the Lao VOA, which requires you to prepare 20 dollars and a bare-headed color photo. Anyway, you had better consult this with the Lao embassy in China by calling 010-65321224.
