Hi, you can take a taxi for a direct travel and it costs CNY160-200. By public transportation, you can take city bus no. 18 or 137 near the Xi Station (near West Rail Station) and get off at the  Insurance Company. Walk to the CAAC Ticket Office (close to Jinjiang Sunshine Hotel) to take the shuttle bus to the airport directly in around an hour. Chinese characters for Pan Xuan Lu: 盘旋路; Jinjiang Sunshine Hotel should be 锦江阳光酒店.
