About:FAQ on China Postal Service

I cannot track my shipment

My track no. Rt249935327hk
They told me its shipped by. China post air parcel
But I can't track till now
Can anyone help

When did you ship it? I can just find online that the parcel was sent out from China.

That is ending with HK , so it was shipped via Hongkong Post
