Overnight bus no. N11 would help. Take that from HKIA and you can get off at Cross Harbour Tunnel Toll Plaza bus stop. Then your hotel is around 320yd away. It takes around an hour to arrive and the bus fare is 31HKD per person.
BTW, the bus route is in service from 00:50 to 04:50 every half an hour, so you can surely take that. Take it easy!1
