About:Year of the Rooster

career question. My dob is 07/11/16.

I know in my heart that I have been working really hard, however there are uncertainties at work - not sure of what my future there will be.

Well, first of all, you need to figure out what are those uncertainties. Then do you like your current job? If not, it's good for you to change another job this year. Maybe a new working environment can bring some fresh air.
As for the current job, you need to find ways to make full use of your advantages. In this way, your boss can see your hard work. At that day, you are close to get a promotion.
