dear sir, i am from lebanon i will come to guangzhou for the first time. i make booking flight and hotel booking and i give all documemt nedeed to the travel agency. its 14 days i didnt get my entry permit. every time i ask him, he told me its late from the embassy china in beirut. i have 2 weeks for my travel. what can i do? my passport is with the embassy

Hi Tarek! Normally speaking, the application process takes about four working days. However, sometimes it may take longer time for the processing. I think you should push the agency to expedite the process. It's likely that they submit the application later than you expected. Since there are still two weeks left, please don't worry and wait patiently.

well , thx for ur answer, i get it today, and if i want to get visa to go hong kong, can i get it for 2 days like a visit, its not too far from guangzhou... and what will be the documents nedeed if i have entry permit to guanghzou. thx

The processing of HK entry permit often takes four to six weeks, so I don't think you have enough time to do the application.
