About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Is visa required for Chinese citizen to stop over in HK for 1-2 nights?

I am a Chinese passport holder with US Green Card. I'm planning to fly from US to Shanghai with a stop over in Hong Kong for 1 or 2 nights.

As long as you have the connecting air tickets in hands, you needn't apply for anything in advance because you enjoy 7 days stay in HK.
