About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Where do I go to get these postage rates?

I live in Beijing, I went to post a letter with a key ring inside, weighs 32g. They want to charge RMB$26. I thought under 50g was RMB$5.???

Ajbull, it will be sent as a parcel. By the way, the cost varies according to how you plan to send it. By EMS or China Post? If by China Post, will it be sent by air, SAL or ship? By the way, where will your key ring be sent?
