About:Dress Code in China

I am travelling to visit clients in China. Can I wear Salwar suits or Kurti's.

I am middle aged Indian women and had never wore pant-shirt / skirts. Can I wear Kurti / leggings or salwar-suits. I am traveling to southern china cities Guangzhou and Shanghai.

It depends. If you meet on no-formal occasions, you can wear Slwar suits or Kurti's. On formal occasions, I think might wear shirt and skirts. But I think that your cilents will understand if you wear traditional Indian clothes. And you might explain to them when you meet.
