Is it possible to get visa from Consulate General in Shanghai within a day? How much fee need?

I am working in Jiangsu University as a Foreign Teacher. I would like to join a university in spain for one month as a visiting professor. May be i have to visit Consulate General in Shanghai for getting visa soon. Is it possible to issue it in my passport within a day? How much fee need for one month type for visiting spain?
