do i have to send money for them to send my package or what?

my order says "pay leave fuzhou airlines".

If you already paid for your item, you needn't send them money again. I guess that your parcel have left or is leaving Fuzhou by plane. Can you tell your tracking number? I might track your parcel to confirm this.

Yes, your parcel already left Fuzhou at 2015-03-31 13:10. It takes 13 to 18 days to arrive in US.
