Are you going to buy railway ticket or bus ticket?
If bus ticket, you can just buy in Luohu Bus Station, which is located near Luohu subway station / Shenzhen Railway Station. Buses from the station to Changping are available from 07:10 to 21:10 with an interval of 30 minutes.

If railway ticket, you can just buy from the railway station or through this website. There are 18 departures per day.
