Lee, it costs CNY80 if you take one-way cable car or Toboggan. Considering of your health condition, I don't think it's a good idea for you to hike from Tower 15 to 6. You know, there are 1099 steps from the ticket office to the Tower 10. But the steps are not very steep. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the tower 10. However, some parts of the steps are steep between the towers.

So I think you you may use the cable car to reach no.15 tower and then get down to no.10 tower. From there you can choose to continue to reach Tower 6 or just walk back to the ticket office. This might be easier for you.
