English speaking ticket windows at Xiamen North and Shanghai Hongqaio

I speak no Chinese. I will be picking up tickets at Xiamen North and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway stations. I am traveling on two segments: Xiamen North to Shanghai, with a two day layover in Shanghai. Then, from Shanghai to Beijing.

Are there windows for English speaking patrons at these 2 stations? If so, where please.

Also, can I validate both tickets at Xiamen North so that I will not need to do so in Shanghai as well?

There is no special window for English speaking. You can try to show the pick up number and the passports directly to the satff, they shoul dunderstand what you want to do. You can collect them together at Xiamen, but for your second trip, the staff would charge CNY5 per ticket as a service fee.
