Can anyone recommend a cheap, 3-4 hour city tour of shanghai during a long layover?

Oh, as far as I know, there is no such tour of travel agency because you just have 3 to 4 hours.
But it doesn't matter. You can travel by yourselves. In these hours, you can take maglev trains to Longyang Road. Then transfer subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road and People's Square. These are the most prosperous places in the city, where you can go shopping and taste some delicious local snacks.0
