Here passport was issued in Bamenda and mine in Yaounde. Formerly some persons can only apply for visa in specific consulate of China ie Douala or Yaounde, can we apply in Yaoude together?

Gordon, in principle, if you live in the consular district of a consulate, you have to submit the application to the specific consulate, but sometimes, other embassy or consulate may aceecpt your application also. You can consult this with the embassy in Yaoude by dialing 237-697699283.
