About:Visa Policy of China

Hi- myself and my wife and our adopted chinese daughter would like to travel to China

Our daughter was adopted from china 7 years ago and holds an American passport, my wife and I are American citizens. Are there special requirements for visas in our case?

Eliot, if it is the first time that you are applying for a Chinese entry permit for your daughter, you should provide her previous Chinese passport and a photocopy of its data page. If her name on the current passport differs from that on the previous one, you must provide an official document of name change.
