Circle Island in July in Taiwan

Hi, do you think it's advisable to do a cycling tour (huan dao) in first week of July?
It is safe to do so to aim to finish it withing the month of July?

No, it is a good idea for cycling tour there during that time, when frequent rainy days would happen and it is during typhoon season. It is recommended for Circle Island in Mar. or Oct.
