About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

I am a US citizen living in Russia and have a Latvian visa and I renew every six months.

I want to travel to China in July. Can I apply for a Chinese one at the Chinese Embassy in Moscow?

Kenn, the embassy accepts applications from non-Russian citizens as long as you have valid Russian entry permit. The application documents and procedures are almost the same as that for applying at your home country, but you need to additionally submit the original and photocopy of your Russian entry permit.
