HI I need to get a CONI authenticated before i go to PRC on 10th April

CONI(certificate of no impediment) thing is - it wont be ready before we go - can someone else pick it up and then send it to China....?

Also is there a legit phone number to talk to someone that knows about things like this please....???

Embassy numbers never answer.
