Where can I buy Sim card for my cellular phone that provide internet access?

I'm about to start my trip from Shanghai dan planned to go to Huangshan and Hangzhou. Can I use the card and the internet also on these cities?

I suggest you go to a nearby service office of China Mobile to get a SIM card for internet access. With that, the internet is also accessible in your other destinations.
