I am looking for the original source released by the China's State Administration of Cultural Relics

Hi,

original findings released by the China's State Administration of Cultural Relics concerning the length of the Great Wall. Do you know where I can find the primary source for this claim in English?

Raymond, the website of PRC state administration of cultural heritage is written in Chinese. It has no English version. I found the source of the length of the wall on its website. It's 21196.18 kilometers.
