Hong Kong International Airport to Tsim Sha Tsui with luggage

With luggage, is it possible to take MTR from airport to TST? or how much does cab costs? Pre paid cabs avbl at airport? Pls guide

Yes, although with luggage, it is fine to take MTR to your destination. Here is the route:
take Airport Express to Tsing Yi, where transfer to Tung Chung line and get off at Lai King. There you can transfer to Tsuen Wan line to TST.

I have no idea about the prepaid taxi service, but the taxi is very easy to take at the airport. The estimated fee to your destination is 250HKD.
