About:Harbin Weather

Weather Condition: I plan to visit Harbin between 21-25 April 2015.

How is the weather during that time? Vinit

Hi Vinit. It will still be a little cold during that time, with the lowest temp of around 0C and the highest of around 15C. Both cloudy and rainy days would happen. I suggest you wear leather jacket, light sweater, a thick long-sleeved shirt and thick jeans/pants.
