Hi , i am a kuwaiti citizen and would like to visit shanghai for a visit. will it be a multiple entry and how long does it take to be processed?

You should apply from the consular department of Chinese embassy in your country. It is located at No.82, Street 1, Block 4, Yarmouk. Usually, it takes four working days to deal with your application. It depends on your visit. If you need to visit China several times, then you should apply for a multiple entry one. If you just intend to have a single trip, a single entry L type is ok.
