About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

After a single entry visa to China and need to know a couple of things:

Hello,
My friend and I will be in Korea for around a month, spending two weeks in Seoul.

Will it be possible to apply for our entry permits in Seoul with our original passport, copy of our passport and a passport photo? Do we require any other documentation?

Do we also require our flights into and out of China to be booked before we apply for the passport as well as our accommodation, or just a list of the dates we will enter China and the date we will leave?

Lastly, what is the maximum number of days an Australian resident can spend in China on a single entry?

Thank you,
Sarah

Sarah, I am afraid that you can't apply in South Korea because you don't have the Alien's Registration Card. So you should apply from the CVASC in your country before you go to South Korea.

Yes, confirmed return air ticket and hotel booking are required if you can't provide an invitation letter. Usually, a single entry L type is valid for three months and allows the applicant to stay for 30 days.
