I would like to know, how to go to Shaolin temple and how many days do we need? How much?

If you take a flight or train to Zhengzhou, you can take a bus or taxi to the Central Bus Station, where you can take the direct buses to the temple. The bus fare is CNY28.
Generally speaking, two days is enough. The entrance fee is about CNY100, other expenditure depends on your cost.
