Well, there is no direct transportation between these two places. You need to transfer.
Take Disneyland Resort Line, and get off at Sunny Bay Station. And transfer to Tung Chung Line to HK Station, Exit F. Then bus no.1 at Central (HK Station Public Transport Interchange), and get off at The Peak( Public Transport Terminus). It takes around 80 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is about 35 HKD per adult.
After arrival, walk north around 270 yards and get to the destination.
